Empowered Births Doula​

My passion for birth started with my own journey through pregnancy and into motherhood. My journey blossomed into a desire to nurture other parents-to-be in all types of birth settings. My desire to learn more about pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period is ever present. I am training through Birth Arts International,  as I continue to expand my education.  

I live in Glenwood Springs with my husband and daughter. I enjoy supporting ALL types of families with love and respect.

 

 

Based in Glenwood Springs, I provide doula service to the entire Roaring Fork Valley (Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale and Glenwood) and the I-70 Corridor (Vail, Eagle, Gypsum, New Caste, Silt and Rifle)
